We design evidence-based yoga programs to people living with mental illness and experiencing disadvantage that prevents them from accessing yoga.

The yoga (meditation, mindfulness, breath tools, postures) is designed to reduce anxiety and depression and improve quality of life. We give people in hardship the tools they need to help themselves lead a better life.

 We work with a wonderful and diverse range of people experiencing many forms of disadvantage: most cannot physically or mentally manage to do a class in the general community and are keen to give yoga a try.

Our highly experienced teachers create a sympathetic and appropriate class ideal for mental health consumers or vulnerable people.
