Organise a fundraising yoga class
It's easy and a great way to get involved with a particular program. Simply choose the program, spread the word about your fundraising class in your community; request a fundraising pack of posters and postcards from us at firstname.lastname@example.org then hold your class, asking for payment by donation. Then tell us all about it so we can celebrate you!
Sponsor a yoga program
If you feel passionately about one of our programs why not sponsor one? We can even connect you or your organisation with a group or individual so you can follow their journey and learn more about the benefits yoga personally brings to them. Email email@example.com for more information.
Volunteer or teach
We rely on volunteers to bring our work to life. If you are passionate about supporting disadvantaged people experiencing mental illness and believe in yoga's ability to improve quality of life then we want to hear from you!
