Run a fundraising class and bring yoga to female refugees and asylum seekers.

United Nations International Yoga Day (21 June) falls in the middle of Refugee Week (18-24 June) and is a perfect opportunity to make a difference. Simply organise or attend a fundraising yoga class/es that week and raise funds to bring our yoga programs to female refugees in Parramatta, Fairfield and Lakemba in Sydney.

Download your A3 or A4 editable poster here and just add your class details then start promoting your fundraising classes. Tell us about it and we'll list all participating studios on our website and promote your classes on social media. Spread the word! Donations from the classes can be made here.

Yoga should be accessible to all: often those in need can benefit the most. Learning the tools of yoga (breath, postures, mindfulness, meditation) can reduce anxiety and depression and improve wellbeing. Our specialised 8 week programs bring women together in a nurturing, respectful environment and are designed to support their physical and mental needs. We’ll update you and your students on how you made a difference with yoga.

Make a difference with yoga.
