The Invisible Made Visible
Healing often happens quietly.
A moment of calm after years of uncertainty. A deeper breath. A renewed sense of connection. These moments can be difficult to see, yet they can change a life.
The Invisible Made Visible is a fundraising exhibition celebrating the impact of trauma-informed yoga through art. Featuring deeply personal works created by participants in The Yoga Foundation's programs alongside artworks generously donated by acclaimed Australian artists, the exhibition shines a light on stories of courage, connection, resilience and hope. Together, these works invite us to reflect on the unseen journeys people carry and the transformative power of creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and welcome.
