Welcome to the TYF Christmas Auction.
This auction is raising vital funds for The Yoga Foundation’s 2026 trauma-aware community programs. Every bid helps us bring free, accessible yoga to people facing homelessness, domestic and family violence, and young people navigating mental health and life challenges across Sydney and NSW.
Through our partner organisations, we support individuals who are rebuilding safety, stability, and confidence — offering gentle spaces where they can breathe, connect, and find moments of calm.
Our goal is to raise $10,000.00 so we can continue showing up for the incredible people who attend our classes — people from all walks of life who choose to come to the mat seeking steadiness, healing, and a sense of belonging.
