Forum and Retreats educate and inspire at-risk youth and yogis
/As we enter a new financial year, we continue to build momentum with the continuation of our mind-body yoga programs for at-risk youth, women affected by domestic violence, aboriginal women and men with mental health concerns. Through our work we have seen firsthand the positive impact yoga has on their self-esteem, emotional regulation and stress management. Our programs are designed to help participants recognise feelings of anxiety and stress, manage those feelings and release them through breath and movement.
