The Yoga Foundation teaches workplace yoga programs that help fund our work with at risk groups. Our customized programs will provide your team with simple, evidence-based strategies and tools such as whole body movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation to support their mental and physical health. 

Choose from one of our ten programs below, or have our experienced yoga teachers design one specifically to suit your people. The teaching style and program content will be matched to your employees, culture and work environment. We offer a variety of class styles: via Zoom or in person, 1-2 hour workshops, weekly classes, 8-week courses, 2-5 day retreats and more.
